NEC3 Option C (main contract) – providing our valued client Dragados SA with senior commercial and procurement management services throughout the project including the overseeing of all procurement activities including subcontract procurement, and plant and material procurement. Furthermore, we provided senior commercial management services to oversee the administration of multiple subcontracts and assist in the Contractor pricing of compensation events and cost reporting to their client.

NEC3 Option A (Subcontract) – 2MCM provided project management / quantity surveying / planning and design management services to our long term client ‘Adept Contracts Limited’. We were contracted to deliver their passive fire protection subcontract package. This included the project manager of all works including design management, contract administration and change management and planning / programme management.
HS2 Old Oak Common
